All good relationships are based on mutual respect, trust and communication—and the relationship with your contractor shouldn’t be any different. Entrusting someone with your home requires a leap of faith. We work hard to make you comfortable and completely satisfied that you took that leap with us.
Scoping Out Your Project
We believe the best way to build a good working relationship is by listening. First, Rich will meet with you to learn about your lifestyle and the scope of the project. Introductory topics include:
- What do you like about your current space? What do you dislike?
- What are your needs, hopes and expectations for your project?
- What style—color, materials, layouts, special design features—do you want?
- Are there any issues, concerns or constraints to consider?
- What are your priorities?
This brainstorming session is also a good time to tap Rich’s deep experience and expertise. He can often provide ideas and solutions that you may not have considered. Together we will identify your goals, design and budget.
Envisioning the Design
Rich will meet with you again, providing a three-dimensional rendering of the cabinet design to help you visualize exactly what your project will look like. He will also provide a bid and project timetable.
Realizing Your Dream
After the plan is finalized, Rich will get to work. As the project progresses, he will manage the installation of the cabinetry and/or millwork, and be available for any questions you may have.
