Our Process

Step 1: Hear Your Plans

Let’s hear what you’re thinking! We ask that potential clients produce rough floor plans showing approximately where cabinets will go in the various rooms. If clients have any inspiration photos or vision boards for their cabinet project, Hipp Cabinetry prefers to see those up front as it helps us make sure we fully understand what clients are looking for.

Step 2: Give An Initial Bid

Once we know what the client is looking for, Hipp Cabinetry will work to put together a rough bid based on the drawings provided.

Step 3: Set Up A Meeting At Our Cabinet Shop

Once the client approves our rough bid, Hipp Cabinetry will set up a design meeting at our cabinet shop to begin design/brainstorming of the cabinet design project.

Step 4: Provide A Set Of Cabinet Drawings

After the initial design/brainstorming meeting has taken place, Hipp Cabinetry will provide the first set of cabinet drawings.

Step 5: Builders/Homeowners/Designers Send Over Redline Drawings

Next, the builders/homeowners/designers send over redlines on the drawings. Hipp Cabinetry will then need final appliances, trim details, final sink selections and AV. Once those are received, Hipp Cabinetry will tweak drawings per specs and will send over the second set of drawings.

Step 6: Final Measurements Taken

Hipp Cabinetry will do a final measure on-site for all cabinetry.

Step 7: Cabinets Go Into Production

As soon as drawings and the final bid are signed off on and down payment is received, cabinets will go into production.
